We have several party rooms and a large backyard where even small-scale festivals and corporate festivals can be held. Classic building on the riverside of the Amstel
The classic building, located on the Amstel River, dates from 1702 and is located in a rural area, 10 minutes outside Amsterdam. You can also sail from Amsterdam to Paardenburg or be picked up in Amsterdam with one of our sloops. This can be fully arranged with captain and catering. Behind our well-known brasserie you will find the historic courtyard with an attractive banquet hall. The party room is ideally suited for a company party, wedding party or birthday party.

In addition to this party room, we offer several party rooms for rent in the building. You can even transform part of our chic brasserie into a party room with a classic atmosphere and the grandeur of the old days. On the first floor there are several additional rooms available for rent for a festive dinner or as a ‘break-out room’ next to your party in the garden room. You read that right, we have a party room for rent for every party.
All weather and all season party location
In case of disappointing weather, for a smaller group or a party outside the spring and summer season, in addition to the garden room, you can also visit our very authentic Restaurant and Braakensieck room. This room dates from 1889 and has a very good atmosphere with its original paintings.

Your own company or wedding festival
Adjacent to the Garden Room is the well-maintained backyard with large terrace. Characteristic centuries-old trees and pavers, beautiful hedges and attractive outdoor bars complete this festival location.
A large part of the terrace is covered with a stretch tent which provides intimacy and the opportunity to party outside and in the garden.

Let the party begin!
The spacious Garden Room is located in the backyard. A beautiful party room with its own entrance, bar, kitchen and toilets. This room can be rented all year round and is suitable for dinner, a fantastic party with DJs or live music and even a wedding ceremony if the weather for your outdoor wedding in the garden is disappointing. The high ridge is equipped with attractive lighting but can also be used for your own decoration. This party room can be decorated in all possible ways. Think of cool canvases with visuals, hanging plants or lanterns. We also have everything available audiovisually for (background) music, speeches, live music and a fantastic party with DJs. This room has a capacity of up to 250 guests and can also be reduced in size to make the atmosphere pleasant and cozy for smaller groups.

For smaller parties or parts of a wedding with a smaller group, Paardenburg has very beautiful and comfortable rooms in the restaurant. The Braakensiekzaal is ideally suited for a beautiful wedding ceremony, birthday party, reception or dinner. We also have three attractive rooms on the first floor with a view over the backyard and the Amstel River.

Paardenburg and our Brasserie has classic French cuisine. Our chefs use fresh ingredients and often buy local and artisanal products. From lunch to dinner and from snacks to a late night snack. We are happy to make a proposal based on your wishes and budget.

Paardenburg is located directly on the Amstel River and is very suitable for a party that starts on the water. A beautiful boat trip along waving reed collars with farms, country houses and mills in the Amstelland behind them. Arrival and departure by salon boat or a cruise with your guests, colleagues or friends and family to Amsterdam. It’s all possible at Paardenburg. We have our own sloops and also warm contacts with saloon boat owners. Our cruises can be arranged including catering and drinks. Hospitality is also at a professional level while sailing.
