Brasserie Paardenburg
The menu consists of French classics. How about all the delights of the sea such as crackling oysters, well-stocked bouillabaisse, fried sole and grilled lobster. Also enjoy beautifully prepared meat specialties such as wafer-thinly sliced Pata Negra ham, creamy steak tartare, tournedos rosini and chicken from our rotisserie. There is also ample choice for the highly esteemed vegetarians, both à la carte and one in our monthly changing chef’s menu.
On the wine list you will find a selection of over 500 wines from many different countries, regions and vintages. Even the expensive wines are very attractively priced at Paardenburg. Our well-stocked wine cellar is truly a candy store for the true wine lover!

Party at the Amstel
Paardenburg is the place to invite guests to a party! Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, anniversary or just ‘for fun’, we always do something extra!
Want a very special dinner? Then choose one of our beautiful private rooms, we’ll set the table beautifully and create a delicious menu completely customized for you.
Looking for a nice spot to have a nice drink? Then choose one of our indoor or outdoor bars, we’ll set up the nicest and best barkeep(s) and provide delicious appetizers!
Want to treat yourself to a high tea or high wine? Book our sloop, a nice table in the brasserie or one of our private rooms or backyard and we’ll serve up a beautiful package at a pre-arranged price!
Do a dance? In our Garden Room we have a beautiful stage with dance floor and cocktail bar. If you want, we’ll also arrange a great DJ or insane band for you!
